As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process, ensuring the smooth operation and quality output of assigned machinery while upholding our safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor the assigned machine, ensuring all operational parameters are maintained and performing preliminary quality checks on the output.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the assigned machine.
  • Ensure proper functioning of the machine and report any issues to maintenance personnel.
  • Adhere to workplace safety standards, complying with company policies and requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a production environment is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Familiarity with IT tools, including computer, mouse, keyboard, and touch panel.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule.
