As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process, ensuring the smooth operation and quality output of assigned machinery while upholding our safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the assigned machine, ensuring all operational parameters are maintained and performing preliminary quality checks on the output.
- Perform routine maintenance on the assigned machine.
- Ensure proper functioning of the machine and report any issues to maintenance personnel.
- Adhere to workplace safety standards, complying with company policies and requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a production environment is preferred.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with IT tools, including computer, mouse, keyboard, and touch panel.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Availability: Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule.
