Then come join our HR Business Partner team in Global Technology & Development. We are a dedicated team working on our people agenda, that supports our business strategy and defined key projects. You become part of a group of motivated, dedicated and highly skilled colleagues at our headquarters in Bjerringbro and refer to Head of HR Business Partnering in Global Technology & Development, Thomas Schou Hoej.

What is the job about?

As HR business partner in Global Technology & Development, you drive the organizational and leadership development together with your HR team colleagues, while also supporting the Product Development organisation implementing their people plans. You help develop organizational capabilities to ensure innovation, quality and speed in everything we do.

You play a key role in driving the necessary changes to become a solution provider by combining our core products with other components, adding digital capabilities and services to our offerings. 

Your work day will be characterized mainly by project management of key strategic people initiatives combined with sparring and development of our leaders globally. Beside the organizational development and change management activities, you drive the annual HR wheel-activities and also implementing new HR processes and tools across Global Technology & Development.

What do you need to apply?

  • You hold a master’s degree combined with solid experience as a business-oriented HR Partner, HR Consultant or HR Manager.
  • You ensure business-oriented partnering through your strong business and HR insight, interpersonal skills and your ability to build trusting relationships. 
  • You have strong influencing and coaching skills. 
  • You are proactive and able to transform strategy into action. By challenging, advising and collaborating with leaders, you secure an increased people and organizational performance in the area. 
  • You are expert in change management and have solid experience implementing key people processes. 
  • Prior experience on building innovative & agile organizations is an advantage. 
  • Excellent communication skills are important.
