We help leading brands enhance their Customer Experience through our commitment to innovation and qualified, dynamic, and multicultural teams. We invest in team training with brands to assist them in a field of great importance, such as customer relations.

 

Would you like to be part of our project? We are looking for someone to help us grow in Portugal, in a team of commercial assistants for a prestigious client in the healthcare sector.

Role Description:

Outbound contact with potential clients in the healthcare sector using a warm database.

Requirements

  • Computer literacy;
  • Experience in Outbound Campaigns;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Formal and polished language;
  • Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
  • Previous experience in a call center (mandatory);
  • Native or near native level of German (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of English (valued).

 

Working hours:

Work schedule between 10 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday;

This is an hybrid role, which means that the selected person would need to be available to work in the office
