German Customer Service Representative for Health Project
We are a BPO and Contact Center company specializing in omnichannel customer management. We help leading brands enhance their Customer Experience through our commitment to innovation and qualified, dynamic, and multicultural teams. We invest in team training with brands to assist them in a field of great importance, such as customer relations.
Would you like to be part of our project? We are looking for someone to help us grow in Portugal, in a team of commercial assistants for a prestigious client in the healthcare sector.
Role Description:
Outbound contact with potential clients in the healthcare sector using a warm database.
Requirements
- Computer literacy;
- Experience in Outbound Campaigns;
- Customer orientation;
- Formal and polished language;
- Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
- Previous experience in a call center (mandatory);
- Native or near native level of German (mandatory);
- Knowledge of English (valued).
Working hours:
Work schedule between 10 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday;
This is an hybrid role, which means that the selected person would need to be available to work in the office
