You are

You will
• Handle dishwashing operations before, during and after restaurant and bar services while respecting Club Med standards
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of all equipment (large and small dishwashers)
• Use cleaning products correctly and economically
• Care for tableware, utensils and other kitchen equipment to ensure their preservation
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all work areas (dishwashing stations and kitchens)
• Apply and uphold Club Med hygiene and safety standards at all times
