Main responsibilities:
- Ensure customer support service in your market, through the processing and dispatch of orders in line with transport times;
- Perform after-sales service, through the reception and follow-up of complaints;
- Report exceptional occurrences, with potential impact on customer service, namely, loads with high cost expectations or changes to the shipping plan;
- Accompanying specific customers in their markets, participating in pre- and post-sales service activities.
Požiadavky na pracovné miesto
Profile Required:
- Graduation;
- Prior experience of 3 years in customer service areas or equivalent;
- Domain of MS Office tools (Excel);
- Fluency in one of these languages: English, French, German, Spanish or other;
- Strong orientation for results and for the client;
- Ability to plan and organize.
