Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer support service in your market, through the processing and dispatch of orders in line with transport times;
  • Perform after-sales service, through the reception and follow-up of complaints;
  • Report exceptional occurrences, with potential impact on customer service, namely, loads with high cost expectations or changes to the shipping plan;
  • Accompanying specific customers in their markets, participating in pre- and post-sales service activities.
Job requirements

Profile Required:

  • Graduation;
  • Prior experience of 3 years in customer service areas or equivalent;
  • Domain of MS Office tools (Excel);
  • Fluency in one of these languages: English, French, German, Spanish or other;
  • Strong orientation for results and for the client;
  • Ability to plan and organize.
