WE WANT YOU to support our Finish customers with their H&M online shopping experience through incoming calls and email contacts.
WE ARE OFFERING this full time opportunity (34, 75 h) as a Customer Service Agent
in our Nordic H&M Customer Service Centre in Borås, Sweden. In this exciting position every

The job of a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT comes with lots of responsibilities – and lots
of fun! Your main responsibility will be to ensuring that we are the Customers first
Choice by offering the best Customer Service for H&M. This will include enquiries
regarding orders, deliveries and processing payments. As you will be the voice of
fashion and you will be confident in identifying every opportunity to sell and promote
our products and the H&M brand.
Your skills:

Native in Finish - speaking and writing

This position is based at our Customer Service Centre in Borås, Sweden.
