Customer Advisor in the area of Paris
The Customer Advisor (M/F) belongs to the department sales force. As a customer advisor (M/F) you are responsible for handling customer contacts in incoming calls (remote) implementing the methods and procedures to provide the best solution.
Your role:
• Greet the client and individual travel agents by phone and identify their needs, applying the techniques and procedures of customer relationship.
• Treat the client request until the reservation number: advice and information about our products, suggest sending the brochure, the correct folder on the errors found (update).
• Being able to quote, from the brochure.
• Conclude the interview.
• Processing customer correspondence by mail, fax or e-mail.
• Collect and synthesize information to qualify the client file.
Your qualifications:
• Ideally Bac / Tray 2 + formation (commercial, sales, customer relationship and follow-up).
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Control of office tools, computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in sales / desired tourism.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Skills in oral and written communication.
