- Knowledge of the menu, preparing ingredients in accordance with standards, work procedures and guidelines
- Improving work quality and guest satisfaction
- Complying with regulations for storing food and maintaining hygiene standards
- Taking care of the cleanliness of the workspace and kitchen equipment
- Proper and responsible use of kitchen inventory, equipment and devices
- Applying safety and protective measures in the workplace
- Carrying out activities in accordance with legal regulations, internal rules, procedures and goals

- Vocational/secondary school education in culinary arts
- Work experience in similar positions
- Precision, systematic approach, and team-oriented
- High level of responsibility in carrying out tasks
- Previous experience in similar jobs
