We are currently looking for a Concierge to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Concierge assists guests with enthusiasm, efficiency, and professionalism at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Have a thorough knowledge of local restaurants, museums and attractions; thorough knowledge of current events in and around the area to be able to give recommendations to guests.
- Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Manage the daily operations of the concierge department.
- Actively respond to and fulfill and handle guest inquiries and complaints.
- Record and report all guest complaints to the Guest Services Manager/Front Office Manager.
- Maintain up-to-date information material on all providers to meet all guest inquiries.
- At all times strive to represent Rosewood Munich in the most professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Works closely with other department heads in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
