Concierge

We are currently looking for a Concierge to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Concierge assists guests with enthusiasm, efficiency, and professionalism at all times. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have a thorough knowledge of local restaurants, museums and attractions; thorough knowledge of current events in and around the area to be able to give recommendations to guests.
• Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Manage the daily operations of the concierge department.
• Actively respond to and fulfill and handle guest inquiries and complaints.
• Record and report all guest complaints to the Guest Services Manager/Front Office Manager.
• Maintain up-to-date information material on all providers to meet all guest inquiries.
• At all times strive to represent Rosewood Munich in the most professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Works closely with other department heads in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

• Well organized, self-motivated, and a good team player.
• Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Calm demeanour in stressful situations and work in a solution-oriented manner.
• Good knowledge of German and English.

• Experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel.
