Due to our business expanding, we currently have an opportunity for a hardworking and self-motivated individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Chef de partie.
The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, be reliable, a good communicator, a team player and have a passion to work in the hospitality industry.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
- To ensure all Mis en Place is in place for service
- To assist the Dept Managers so that the kitchen operations run smoothly, working together with the service teams
- To assist in the supervision and training of junior members of staff
- To assist in the ordering of food items when necessary
- To ensure all food leaves the kitchen in safe sound manner
- To adhere to our HACCP system.
- To work as a team
Essential Requirements
- available to work weekdays and weekends

- Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
