These are the tasks:

  • Preparing and taking minutes for various committees, project meetings, and regular board meetings
  • Consolidation of reports and communications to the Customer Office team
  • Preparation of presentations for site management, monthly team meetings
  • Creation of policies and procedures for the customer office
  • Creating and tracking deadlines and tasks
  • Taking charge of logistics projects on site, handling vendors related to the customer office
  • Assist with travel planning, tracking approvals as well as reimbursements
  • Support quality and IT/IS related activities, audits - IATF and TISAX
  • Creation and tracking of purchase orders
  • Coordination of VISA and invitation letters for international visitors from abroad.
  • Onboarding and necessary support for international employees
  • Organization of employee events and team building
Požiadavky na pracovné miesto
  • Completed studies in business administration, foreign language correspondent or commercial training
  • Several years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Fluent English and German
  • Possession of a driver's license
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with VISA processes, secondments or global mobility tasks
  • Good knowledge of office tools
  • Independent, systematic and forward-thinking approach to work
  • Customer and team orientation and flexibility
  • Confident appearance, discretion and commitment
