Vous travaillez dans notre division Coating ou notre usine de tissage à Ardooie. Ensemble, nous choisissons le département qui vous convient le mieux. Vous entretenez les machines (lubrification, remplacement des huiles, roulements, pièces d’usure, ...) . Vous réparez les défauts (mécaniques + électriques). Vous échangez des informations sur des problèmes techniques avec vos collègues. Vous fournissez une assistance technique aux chefs d’équipe et aux parties externes. Vous vérifiez et maintenez les outils. Vous gardez le service de maintenance dans un système de rotation.
- Development of preventive maintenance plans and scheduling maintenance interventions in consultation with the production department. - Diagnosis of malfunctions and execution of repairs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Analysis of malfunctions to prevent recurrence and development of action plans. - Identification of spare parts needs based on historical data and inventory management. - Maintenance of technical documentation, including electrical diagrams. - Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workshop and determining necessary tools.
