- FOR THE WINTER SASON IN TYROL
- FROM DECEMBER 2024 UNTIL APRIL 2025 (easter weekend - public holiday in Austria)
- Working in a hotel or restaurant
- We are looking for staff with good German skills + English skills.
- German language skills level A2/B1 - to communicate with guests/team
- English knowledge of advantage
- Relevant work experience of advantage
WORKING AREAS - depending on the level:
- Restaurant management, organizing all matters concerning the efficiency in the restaurant, serving guests, complaint management, filleting, carving, flambéing, wine knowledge – semi sommelier
- Support of the restaurant manager in all areas
- Serving guests in the restaurant, cover the table, dump the table, pour the beverages, fulfill the wishes of the guests
- Assisting the waiter in all matters of the restaurant
- Bartender/mix cocktails according to standard
- Recipes or your own recipes
- Evening service
- Breakfast service
- Willingness to work in shift operation
- Completed vocational training
- German language skills
- Organized, quick and accurate working style
