WAITER / ASSISTANT WAITER
A Waiter/ Assistant Waiter is a professional who works in hotel's restaurants and bars. They ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing stellar customer service. They greet guests, take meal orders and ensure smooth communication between the dining area and kitchen. Also responsible for setting and cleaning tables and service areas. Dealing with customer complaints. Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Previous experience in a related position in 4* or 5* hotel units
- Very good knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of a second language will be considered.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety and food management procedures
