- Provide high-quality and professional service to guests
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience in line with company standards
- Perform preparatory, operational, and closing service tasks
- Operate and manage the cash register
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Identify and address discrepancies promptly
- Support daily operations and assist team members as needed
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by a supervisor
Requisitos do cargo
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to handle unexpected situations professionally
- Flexibility and willingness to perform various tasks
