Senior Business Controller - GN ReSound

GN ReSound Ballerup - Denmark GN ReSound is looking for a Senior Business Controller to be part of our global organization, in close contact with senior management and the CFO as well as participating in strategic decisions within the group. The selected candidate will get a chance to personally influence the job role and the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) organization, as a new structure is currently being built. Key responsibilities include: • Responsibility for the Global Financial Planning Processes including budget process, monthly forecast/outlook of group P&L and cash flow • Monthly high level analysis of group financial performance to function as input for executive and board reporting • Follow up on strategic initiatives • Focus on and management of cash flow and net working capital • Assistance in the development of future management reports and KPIs • Function as business partner for key stakeholders • Deputy for the Director Financial Planning and Analysis In addition to this we expect the candidate to be able to: • Participate in ensuring that the FP&A team delivers superior quality reporting and analyses to the whole organization • Ensure close contact and cooperation with the business at all levels of the organization to ensure that all decisions are based on sound economic fundamentals • Deliver superior quality analysis and recommendations • Show of sufficient courage to ask the necessary questions and to challenge both colleagues and management The ideal candidate: In addition to the responsibilites mentioned above, the ideal candidate would have some of the following: • A minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar position • Solid experience within business controlling preferably from an international company within development, production and sales • Solid experience within performance management, planning and reporting • Solid experience within budgeting and forecasting in a global environment • Solid experience within general finance and accounting disciplines • Solid experience from working with KPIs, BI and ERP and IT systems • Experience within project management and optimization, the candidate must be able to drive processes and communicate/implement these in the rest of the organization • Preferably experience from ERP implementation projects • Fluency in Danish and English is a prerequisite Education: • A Masters degree within Finance/Economics e.g. Cand. Merc., Cand.polit, Cand.oecon, HD(R), HD(F) or equivalent. Interested?
