Carstens is part of the iconic Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam, located directly opposite Amsterdam Central Station.
As a restaurant manager:
- You are the person who ensures that everyone has an unforgettable experience, combined with the best combination of unique flavors and memorable stories.
- You will lead the restaurant team in this journey, providing them with broad knowledge of service to grow in a dynamic environment.

- Ensures that the Carstens team and the entire operation are focused on delivering unforgettable experiences
- Is a passionate supporter of our F&B offering, and a visible, hands-on leader who fosters a culture of empowerment within the team
- Someone who leads by example and motivates the team to provide an excellent guest experience
