Contemporary and honest flavours come to life with Head Chef Sebastiaan's unique take on Dutch ingredients and inspiration from travelling around the world. Nothing too far-fetched, just incredibly tasty and jovial. Think of a city brasserie with a modern twist with unique flavors & fresh Dutch products, in the heart of Amsterdam.

Carstens is part of the iconic Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam, located directly opposite Amsterdam Central Station.

 

As a restaurant manager:

  • You are the person who ensures that everyone has an unforgettable experience, combined with the best combination of unique flavors and memorable stories.
  • You will lead the restaurant team in this journey, providing them with broad knowledge of service to grow in a dynamic environment.

  • Ensures that the Carstens team and the entire operation are focused on delivering unforgettable experiences
  • Is a passionate supporter of our F&B offering, and a visible, hands-on leader who fosters a culture of empowerment  within the team
  • Someone who leads by example and motivates the team to provide an excellent guest experience
