Crisplant a/s is looking for a competent Project Assistant for our Airport Division, to be part of a team working on international projects within logistic solutions to airports as well as postal and distribution companies. With reference to the project manager and in close cooperation with the project group, you will be responsible for preparing system layouts that comply with our internal design rules and which ensure that the mechanical installation fits the physical framework of the system.
The Job
Your primary tasks will be to:
- control and carry out the preparation of system layouts ensure that the interfaces between the
- internal and external sub-projects are combined in the overall layout
- print and initiate parts lists for own supplies
- elaborate and complete mounting instructions and drawings
- support the mounting tasks with drawings and technical support
- to some extent design various project specific parts
- communicate with customers and sub-suppliers regarding layout
- coordinate sub-suppliers’ design and interfaces of steel supplies, platforms and conveyors
- make project data lists with all relevant details
- follow-up on internal supplies/milestones in the production
- cooperate internally with the technical department regarding project requirements, specifications and ensure that modifications are registered and documented by the internal organization
Some travel activity must be expected.
Qualifications
We expect you to be technical designer, mechanical engineer, production technologist or similar. Any project experience would be an advantage. Our systems are often very complex, and you must therefore be very 3D-minded and have experience with AutoCad® and Solid Works.
You write and speak English, a second foreign language is an asset. Personally you are dedicated, have a sharp overview and good cooperation skills. Furthermore we value independence, decision-making power, flexibility and initiative highly.
