Lead the Morning and Own the Day
We don’t just serve breakfast—we serve Ireland’s Best Hotel Breakfast, as recognised at the Gold Medal Awards in January 2025.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to run our breakfast, café, and lunch service, setting the pace for the day while ensuring a smooth handover to the evening team.
This role blends leadership with smart operational control. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to ensure seamless service and high standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the morning team, setting the tone for the day and delivering top service.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to align service, food quality, and operations.
- Act as Morning Manager in charge of daytime operations
- Manage service flow across breakfast and lunch, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
- Be hands-on while staying on top of stock, payroll, and reporting.
- Drive sales through upselling and promotions.
- Train your team for success.
- Ensure the evening team is set up for success with a well-organised handover.

What You Bring
- A growth mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Two or more years in a supervisory or management role in breakfast, café, or lunch service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and support your team.
- A passion for guest experience and high-quality service.
- Confidence with systems and admin work, including stock control, scheduling, and service reports.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth transitions and service flow.
