ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

You work closely with the Consolidation and External Reporting teams. You will serve as the key liaison between the Finance and IT teams, ensuring seamless operation and enhancement of the company’s consolidation (OneStream) and local compliance tools. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, supporting system functionality, and driving process improvements without holding administrative system rights. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to translate finance needs into system solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Act as the primary functional expert for the company’s consolidation and local compliance systems.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to understand reporting and compliance needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure proper configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Provide user support, training, and best practices guidance to finance teams.
  • Participate in system implementation, upgrades, and testing activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on system processes, workflows, and configurations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data in reporting and compliance tools.
  • Lead or contribute to projects related to finance systems and process improvements.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to finance users and finance requirements to IT teams.
Requisitos do cargo

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Finance professionals should have a strong affinity for technology and finance systems.
  • IT professionals should have a solid understanding of financial processes and reporting
  • Experience in finance systems, ERP, or financial reporting tools.
  • Background in finance operations, accounting, or IT-related finance support.
  • Experience liaising between finance and IT teams.
  • Involvement in system implementation or process improvement projects.
  • Prior exposure to consolidation or local compliance systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with financial systems,
  • Ability to interpret financial data and ensure system alignment with business needs.
  • Knowledge of system testing, UAT processes, and issue resolution.
  • Project management skills, including requirement gathering, coordination, and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pode constituir uma vantagem
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
  • Knowledge in OneStream or HFM
