Insurance Support Administrative
We are seeking an Insurance Support Administrator (f/m/d) fluent in French & English for one of our clients operating in Lisbon, specializing in personal insurance solutions.
Our client is a leading company specializing in innovative personal insurance solutions tailored for families and employees. Their expert team assists decision-makers in selecting employee benefits plans, whether standard or custom-made, to meet their unique needs.
Position Overview:
As an Insurance Support Administrator, you will:
- Evaluate and manage customer claims, communicating with insurance companies, clients, and service providers via phone and email.
- Coordinate the direct billing process with international providers.
- Manage a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide.
- Process e-claims and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through phone and written channels in a timely and accurate manner.
- Report product malfunctions.
- Update internal databases with information about customer requests.
- Inform customers about new features, functionalities, and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in French and English (mandatory).
- Previous experience in insurance, preferably within the medical sector in an international environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Service-oriented approach.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Work Schedule:
- 40h per week, 8h per day, rotating shifts between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Sunday, with potential extra work on Saturdays.
