A busy restaurant with average covers of 200-250 per day. Unique setting on the waterfront serving finest freshest seafood, including local catch of lobsters from a 6 mile radius of the restaurant. Wine pairings are important to complement dishes prepared. Smart casual dining with a cosy bar for pre and post drinks.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Representing the restaurant and displaying our service ethos to customers
- To possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responding to guests’ feedback
- To maintain a professional image at all times through appearance
- In depth menu knowledge
- Advising guests on wine choice
- Maintaining high standards of quality control and hygiene
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Familiarity with health & safety restaurant bar requirements
Skills & Competencies Required
- Gregarious personality
- Passionate about hospitality and customer care
- Customer Care - Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Familiarity with ResDiary
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a bar/restaurant
- Team player attitude
- Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour
- Ability to multi task
- High level of initiative
- Fluent English
Salary
Hourly rates will apply + service charge and gratuities
