About the Role

Join Sutherland, a global leader in Customer Experience with 37+ years of expertise. We are looking for motivated German-speaking candidates to join our team in a non-voice, chat, and email support role.

This is an entry-level position, perfect for anyone starting a career in customer support. 
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
 

  • Assist customers via chat and email
  • Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed
  • Work efficiently across multiple systems

Full-time training is provided, and afterwards you can work on a 4-, 6-, or 8-hour basis. 

Requisitos do cargo
  • German C1–C2 and English B2
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Solid computer literacy
  • No previous experience required
  • Interest in customer support and technology is a plus
