This is an entry-level position, perfect for anyone starting a career in customer support.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Assist customers via chat and email
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed
- Work efficiently across multiple systems
Full-time training is provided, and afterwards you can work on a 4-, 6-, or 8-hour basis.
- German C1–C2 and English B2
- Good communication and writing skills
- Solid computer literacy
- No previous experience required
- Interest in customer support and technology is a plus
