F&B Team Leader

We are currently looking for a F&B Team Leader to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our F&B Team Leader ensure that the team is delivering an exceptional level of service with great attention to detail and outstanding guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests and their requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good relationships.
• Ensure regular guests are recognized and greeted accordingly.
• Assists to ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.
• Works closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
• In the absence of Assistant Manager, conduct daily pre-shift briefings, to associates on preparation, service and menu.
• Preparation and Supervision of the mise en place for each meal period and to make sure that everything required during service and for the next shift is ready.

• Assertive, friendly, and proactive personality.
• Well organized, self-motivated, and a good team player.
• Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

• Experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Very good German language skills, any other language a plus.
