F&B Supervisor

Le Méridien Lav, Split, part of the largest hotel chain Marriott International with a portfolio of 7,000+ hotels, is looking for an associate for its Food and Beverage department:

F&B Supervisor (m/f)

We are looking for a dynamic, flexible and highly motivated person with at least 2 years of experience in F&B team management, excellent knowledge of English language (other foreign languages will be an advantage) and motivation to work in a 5* hotel. International experience is also an advantage.

Your main tasks will be to monitor the operations of the assigned outlet, to execute all preset strategic goals of the outlet and to assist the Outlet Manager in all regular tasks. Implementing all policies and procedures as well as maintaining high company standards is also a very important part of the job description for this job position.
