MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Service, making the culinary preparations that are entrusted to it, according to the established techniques and the type, quality and quantity of ingredients indicated.
TASK, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out in a qualified, autonomous and responsible way, the preparation, dressing and presentation of dishes.*
Collaborate in the orders and conservation of raw materials and products for use in the kitchen.*
Prepare, cook and present products for culinary use*.
Prepare food for the banquet service, according to notification received.
Collaborate in the assembly, service and disassembly of law firms.*
Control and take care of the conservation and use of the products made available to you.
Decorate the food presentation in the buffets, in coordination with the chef steward.
Request raw material from the warehouse, prior authorization from the chef.
OTHER TASKS
Collaborate in the planning of menus and letters.*
Collaborate in cost and inventory management, as well as purchases.*
Apply inventory rotation techniques.
