Grand Hotel Imperiale Resort & SPA are looking for commis chef to join our team .           If you are looking for an opportunity to enter the hospitality industry and are ready to contribute to the success of our 4-star hotel, we encourage you to apply for this position. 

Responsabilities:

  • support senior chefs in all aspects of kitchen operations, including mise en place, cooming, plating and preparation
  • assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • collaborate with co-workers to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulation
Requisitos do cargo
  • haccp
  • previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred
  • passion for food and cooking
  • excellent teamwork and comminication skills.
