
Commis Chef
Commis Chef will need to be able to prepare, cook and present dishes for all food service areas in the hotel. This candidate will need to show evidence of experience in providing a smooth and efficient kitchen operation at all times. They will also need to be able to ensure the highest level on cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. This chef will need to be approachable and communicate openly and effectively, internally and externally, reflecting the Culture of the Pembroke Kilkenny Brand.
This role requires flexibility on working hours both midweek & weekends, and Pembroke commitment to wellbeing and work/life balance makes this an attractive position.
