Chef de Rang

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Rang to join our team at Dolcevita Valdorcia, a premium hospitality destination located in the heart of Tuscany.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a section of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests receive top-quality service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
- Ensure proper table settings, menu knowledge, and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional dining experiences by ensuring guests' needs are met promptly and professionally.
Role Requirements:
- Previous experience as Chef de Rang or in a similar position within fine dining or upscale hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
