Duties & Responsibilities
- Bar service to customers (table service & bar service)
- Deal with deliveries for the bar
- Stock Management (Ensure that opening and closing procedures are followed)
- Ensure that cleaning schedules are followed and all glassware is clean and handled correctly
- Report for duty dressed in correct uniform to company standard
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Familiarity with health & safety restaurant bar requirements
- Intimate knowledge the restaurant wine list
- Knowledge of both food and cocktail menus
Skills & Competencies Required
- Customer Care - Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a bar/restaurant
- Team player attitude
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations from our wine list.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour
- Ability to multi task
- High level of initiative
- Fluent English
Salary
Hourly rates will apply + service charge and gratuities
Excellent terms & conditions
Initial induction will be given with ongoing training throughout the year
