The World of Wine is one of Portugal’s largest attractions, bringing together cultural experiences and museums, restaurants and bars, a wine school, and spaces for events and temporary exhibitions.
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager (M/F/D) for our T&C restaurant (Traditional Portuguese Cuisine) to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant;
- Ensure excellence standards and compliance with product and service quality guidelines;
- Oversee team operations by assigning tasks to different team members according to service needs;
- Set goals, schedules, and KPIs, and monitor management indicators to ensure objectives are met;
- Control cash register openings and closings;
- Supervise cleaning and hygiene plans and ensure compliance with HACCP standards;
- Participate in and align recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.

Requisitos do cargo
Requirements:
- Education in hospitality, restaurant, and beverage management;
- Proven experience in a similar role;
- Experience in team management and leadership;
- Strong communication skills;
- Results-oriented mindset;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
