Greece is the South - Eastern border of E.E., a country with a mild climate, a wide coastline, innumerable picturesque islands and a rich historical and archaeological heritage with worldwide recognition.

The Aegean Sea lies to the east of the mainland, the Ionian Sea to the west, and the Sea of Crete and the Mediterranean Sea to the south. Greece has the longest coastline on the Mediterranean Basin, featuring thousands of islands. It has a population of nearly 10.3 million (as of 2024). Athens is the nation's Capital and the largest city, followed by Thessaloniki and Patras.

With more than 16,000 kilometers of coastline, more than 6,000 islands and islets, and a well-established tourism industry, Greece presents a prime investment opportunity in the Tourism sector.
