In Kalundborg Municipality, we have a total of approximately 4.000 employees. They come from many different backgrounds and professional fields, working on various tasks such as education, pedagogical work, care for the elderly, job centers, and administrative duties. What unites our work is that we all strive to enhance collaboration with each other and external partners - citizens, companies, and other authorities. By doing this we aim to achieve better results and support the municipality in reaching its vision of being a great place to live, learn, work, and do business.

 

You can read more about our vision in our development strategy (in Danish)  towards 2030. The foundation for our work with our vision is the Common Direction (in Danish) which serves as a guideline for both leaders and employees in their daily work.
