Greet customers and hand out menus. Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen. Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials. Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared. Check that customers are satisfied with their meal. Prepare the bill for tables when requested. Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid. Administer change to tables if needed.

Responsible to create-implement and monitor on a daily basis the operation procedures between the departments of the hotel and offering high end customer service.

1-2 years minimum experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a four or five star Hotel . Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential. Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer oriented. Excellent MS Office skills. Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Teamwork spirit.

2-3 years minimum experience as a Housekeeping Maid in a Hotel or Villas. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer –oriented. Well groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team work spirit.

Experience as a Cook B' in a Hotel or Restaurant. Excellent command of the Greek language is essential. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer oriented. Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Teamwork spirit.

Resolving conflicts and checking equipment Ensure all aspects of the shift run smoothly and effectively.

Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner. Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure. Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts. Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their problems and complaints. Assisting guests with disabilities. Operating switchboard and assisting with inquiries. Assisting the reservations manager with taking reservations. Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Complying with company procedures and safety policies. Performing duties on a daily checklist.
