Ideal candidate:
- Fluent in Finnish
- Good level of English
- Very good interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience in a customer service role or travel industry – will be an asset
- Travel software knowledge would be an advantage
- Strong Customer service focus
- Proactive
- Team player
- Able to pick up new tasks quickly
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and responding to e-mails
- Following prescribed processes (e.g. Rebooking, Cancellation, Schedule change, Name change, Luggage, Meals and Seats, Insurance, Monitor automated ticketing process) and handling other customer requests
- Providing customers with all requested and relevant information
- Cooperating with all relevant departments to resolve customer issues
- Providing e-ticket confirmations to customers
