Responsabilidades

  • Customer advice on concerns regarding payment transactions and questions to their account;
  • Professional Technical Support service;
  • Helpful and effective in-game support.

Perfil

  • Near native Spanish speaker (mandatory);
  • Basic understanding of the English language;
  • Good computer and internet skills;
  • Fast learning capacity;
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Goal-oriented work;
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure;
  • Passion for computer games as well as basic technical knowledge;
  • Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (preferred).
