Responsabilidades
- Customer advice on concerns regarding payment transactions and questions to their account;
- Professional Technical Support service;
- Helpful and effective in-game support.
Perfil
- Near native Spanish speaker (mandatory);
- Basic understanding of the English language;
- Good computer and internet skills;
- Fast learning capacity;
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Goal-oriented work;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure;
- Passion for computer games as well as basic technical knowledge;
- Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (preferred).
