Software House company located in Pavia is looking for n°1 Senior Sales Manager

Required:
- Degree preferably in Engineering / Economics completed by solid skills in statistical analysis, negotiation and sales techniques;
- at least 3 years in the job + at least 1 year in support to the sales management;
- commercial experience with international customers is positively evaluated;

- Italian Level B1-B2

The resource will be responsible for:
- Analyse, study and get to know the target market in depth;
- develop a solid business development plan in the short, medium and long term; 
- retain existing professional customers 
- identifying, negotiating and concluding trade agreements with partners 
- manage pre-sales activities, with presentations and commercial proposals, customer follow-up.

It offers:
- Permanent contract, full time (9-13, 14-18) from Mon. to Fri.
