Quality Manager
At this moment we are looking for a person with several years of experience in Quality Management and Quality Assurance. We will also give a chance to a dynamic person out of the second line which wants to do the next step in his career.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and sustain highest level quality standards.
- Supervise quality assurance staff.
- Coordinate and direct the implementation of new standards and regulations into practice.
- Coordinate the availability of all relevant process documentation into an easy to use and fast retrieval system.
- Perform internal audits such as quality, R&D, production, supply chain and process audits.
- Pursue self development and training in current quality principles.
- Close cooperation with departments Managers to ensure process compliance.
- Communicate with internal and external clients.
- Coordinate the Quality standards within the group worldwide.
Your qualifications:
- University degree in mechanics, physics or equivalent field, with a specialization in the field of quality management.
- Proven experience over several years as Quality Manager or within the quality assurance.
- Be knowledgeable about international quality standards and models
- Experience with good manufacturing practices of high-tech products.
- Be able to investigate, document, and maintain records accurately.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English. German is an advantage.
