Quality Manager

At this moment we are looking for a person with several years of experience in Quality Management and Quality Assurance. We will also give a chance to a dynamic person out of the second line which wants to do the next step in his career.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and sustain highest level quality standards.
  • Supervise quality assurance staff.
  • Coordinate and direct the implementation of new standards and regulations into practice.
  • Coordinate the availability of all relevant process documentation into an easy to use and fast retrieval system.
  • Perform internal audits such as quality, R&D, production, supply chain and process audits.
  • Pursue self development and training in current quality principles.
  • Close cooperation with departments Managers to ensure process compliance.
  • Communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Coordinate the Quality standards within the group worldwide.

Your qualifications:

  • University degree in mechanics, physics or equivalent field, with a specialization in the field of quality management.
  • Proven experience over several years as Quality Manager or within the quality assurance.
  • Be knowledgeable about international quality standards and models
  • Experience with good manufacturing practices of high-tech products.
  • Be able to investigate, document, and maintain records accurately.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English. German is an advantage.
