Pizzaiolo - The House of Sandeman - Porto

 

  • It is responsible for the quality of the customers' gastronomic experience;
  • Ensure consistency in the preparation and presentation of dishes following the instructions on each technical sheet;
  • Actively seeks Customer comments and feedback to promote product/service consistency and improvements;
  • Responsible for training the remaining elements of the kitchen;Responsible for the proper functioning of equipment, HACCP, supervising and ensuring the applicability of hygiene and food safety standards in the workplace in accordance with current legislation;
  • Ensure the general organization of the Pizzeria and all surrounding areas;
  • It guarantees the preparation of dough, fillings and other necessary ingredients, favoring local products.
