Pizzaiolo - The House of Sandeman - Porto
- It is responsible for the quality of the customers' gastronomic experience;
- Ensure consistency in the preparation and presentation of dishes following the instructions on each technical sheet;
- Actively seeks Customer comments and feedback to promote product/service consistency and improvements;
- Responsible for training the remaining elements of the kitchen;Responsible for the proper functioning of equipment, HACCP, supervising and ensuring the applicability of hygiene and food safety standards in the workplace in accordance with current legislation;
- Ensure the general organization of the Pizzeria and all surrounding areas;
- It guarantees the preparation of dough, fillings and other necessary ingredients, favoring local products.
Job requirements
- Able to work in a standing position during long periods in a busy environment
- Speaks Portuguese and English
