Inviting applications for the role of Order Management Specialist with German
Responsibilities
· Creating and booking of Orders in the ERP system
· Handling customer requests
· Ensure resolution to customer requests
· Contact with the customers via e-mails/phone
· Updating the information in the system (regarding clients, supplies, pricing)
· Gathering information from logistics partners and informing customers regarding availability and deliveries
· Building a relation with clients and sales representatives
· Checking and solving potential issues between client purchase orders and system information
· Solving issues regarding damaged goods, shipment delayed, etc.
· Handling complaints related to logistics and return transports
· Offering resolutions for internal updating requests: credit/ debit notes, reimbursements
· Communicating with the warehouse and forwarders and efficiently manage the delivery process to ensure return of goods to the final recipient
· Preparing the relevant documents for the orders (export, transport, customs)
· Daily monitoring the assigned orders and customer requests
· Escalating any problems, delays, inconsistencies
· Proposing resolution for streamlining activities and taking part in projects to implement these ideas

Minimum qualifications
· Very good knowledge of German, willingness to use it both on email and on call
· Communicative level of English
· Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
· Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
· Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
· High motivation and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
· Previous experience in Customer Care/ Order Management
· Familiarity with SAP
