Operations Manager with French

Responsibilities:

• Manages the team of employees for the assigned market
• Maintains SLA according to the contract
• Maintains a positive working relationship with Customers, Peers, Sponsors, Employees, and Contractors
• Controls compliance with Business Conduct Guidelines and Business Controls
• Conducts regular reviews and ensure the employees understand their responsibilities within the frame of Health & Safety Security
• Facilitates optimal communication within the center
• Responsible for Task Management of the Team

• Ability to interpret and evaluate business results and alert managers of impact (client and internally)


Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years experience in leading a team/department across various processes
• At least 1 year experience in CRM systems and tools and related control requirements
• Excellent French and English language skills
